Omelette with cheese

Ingredients for 2 portions:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tomatoes / or 1 large cucumber / or 1 avocado
Instructions:
  • In 2 small bowls whisp 3 eggs with salt and pepper (add 2 tsp milk optionally).
  • Add shredded cheese and mix well.
  • Preheat frying pan on a medium-low heat, pour olive oil. Pour eggs and cover the pan. Cook for 7-8 min until eggs start to raise.
  • Serve with vegetables of your choice.
