Ingredients for 1 sandwich:
- 1 egg
- a piece of sharp cheddar cheese
- a slice of prosciutto
- mixed green leafs
- Fry an egg separately.
- Put a slice of cheese in croissant and microwave for 30 sec for cheese to melt.
- Put egg, prosciutto and green leafs on top of the cheese.
- Optional: add tomatoes, cucumbers or any other vegetables to your tase.
