- 10 eggs
- 1.5 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or any substitute
- sliced ham
- any selected additions: tomatoes, pepper, mushrooms, spinach, onion
- salt and pepper to your taste
- butter for baking
- Whisk eggs until fully mixed.
- Add cottage cheese, cheddar, sliced ham, sliced vegetables of your choice. Mix everything, add salt and pepper.
- Grease your baking form with butter, pour in your mixture.
- Preheat oven to 400F and bake for 30 min or until fully baked.
