Baked eggs with cottage cheese

  • 10 eggs
  • 1.5 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or any substitute
  • sliced ham
  • any selected additions: tomatoes, pepper, mushrooms, spinach, onion
  • salt and pepper to your taste
  • butter for baking
  • Whisk eggs until fully mixed.
  • Add cottage cheese, cheddar, sliced ham, sliced vegetables of your choice. Mix everything, add salt and pepper.
  • Grease your baking form with butter, pour in your mixture.
  • Preheat oven to 400F and bake for 30 min or until fully baked.
